This Cookie Policy explains how FlyBuddyAir.com uses cookies and similar browser technologies. It should be read with the Buddy Air Privacy Policy. Cookies are small files or identifiers stored or read on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, security tokens and event measurement. 1 Who operates the website The website is operated by Blessedworks LLC, United Arab Emirates, trading as Buddy Air. Trade Licence No. 2648226. Questions about this Policy can be sent to hello@flybuddyair.com. 2 Essential technologies Some technologies are necessary to provide and protect the site. They may support account authentication, session continuity, security, fraud and bot prevention, load balancing, form progress, booking-resume protection and user-requested functions. Blocking them may prevent sign-in, booking, chat or another essential feature from working correctly. The current site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse on protected public functions. Turnstile may process technical information needed to provide the security check under Cloudflare's applicable terms and privacy notice. The site also uses Base44 platform services for hosting, authentication, data functions and first-party product events. 3 Session and local browser storage The website may use session storage or local storage to retain temporary information such as a booking or concierge session, security state, form progress and preferences. Session storage is normally cleared when the browser session ends; local storage may remain until it expires or is cleared. Buddy Air stores your cookie-category choice in local storage so that the site can remember it. A secure booking-resume link may also refer to server-side booking-draft data governed by the Privacy Policy rather than storing the entire draft in the browser. 4 Functional technologies Functional technologies remember choices or support an optional feature requested by the visitor. Where a functional technology is not strictly necessary and applicable law requires consent, it should be activated only after the relevant choice. Disabling it may remove the preference or feature but should not prevent unrelated essential functions. 5 Measurement and analytics Buddy Air records first-party website and booking-journey events to understand whether pages and essential flows work, diagnose errors, measure route interest and improve the service. Event data may include page or step name, timestamp, referral or campaign parameters and technical information. We minimise the information used and do not treat advertising measurement as essential where consent is required. As of the date this Policy was last updated, the Buddy Air site settings do not contain an active Google Analytics measurement ID or Meta Pixel ID. The website is technically configured so that, if a valid identifier is added later, Google Analytics can load only after analytics consent and the Meta Pixel can load only after marketing consent. 6 Advertising and social-media technologies Advertising pixels can measure campaigns, attribute enquiries or bookings, create audiences and help show more relevant advertising across services. These technologies are not necessary to complete a Buddy Air booking and are not treated as essential. The Meta Pixel is not active until a valid Pixel ID is configured, and the website will not load it unless the visitor has allowed marketing technologies. Beginning a booking does not itself grant that permission. 7 Managing choices On a first visit, Buddy Air displays a consent control with three choices: Accept, Reject, or Manage Preferences. Essential technologies remain active because the site cannot provide secure core functions without them. Analytics and marketing technologies are off unless the visitor allows the relevant category. Rejecting them does not prevent browsing flights, using core functions or making a booking. You can reopen “Cookie preferences” in the website footer at any time. Withdrawing a category stops the site from loading that optional technology on future page loads and removes commonly used Buddy Air-accessible analytics or advertising cookies where technically possible. You can also clear cookies and local storage or use browser privacy controls. A browser or platform may retain information under its own controls. 8 Technology summary Current categories include: • Base44 authentication and platform session technology — essential — used for sign-in, account state, backend requests and service security; • Cloudflare Turnstile — essential security — used on protected public forms and chat functions to limit automated abuse; • Buddy Air booking and concierge session storage — essential or user-requested — used to preserve temporary form or chat state and reduce repeated verification within the permitted session; • Buddy Air consent-choice storage — essential — used to remember whether analytics and marketing technologies are permitted; • Buddy Air first-party operational event and attribution records — service administration — used to keep essential flows working, protect the service and understand genuine enquiries; and • Google Analytics — optional analytics — not active until a valid measurement ID is configured and blocked unless analytics consent is given; • Meta Pixel — optional marketing — not active until a valid Pixel ID is configured and blocked unless marketing consent is given. Exact names and lifetimes can change when a platform or security provider updates its implementation. We will review the deployed website periodically and update this summary when a material technology is introduced or removed. 9 Do Not Track and external controls Browsers express privacy preferences in different ways and there is not one universally applied Do Not Track standard. We honour legally required consent and opt-out mechanisms and will update our practices if a binding standard applies. Controls on an advertising or social platform operate separately from Buddy Air's own records. 10 Changes and contact We may update this Policy when the website, technology providers or legal requirements change. The published document will show when it was last updated. Material changes to optional tracking will be reflected in the relevant notice or consent control where required.
